Comes set up, just put it above your grid and you're set.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8296072451123411896.post-56523417269976970472010-06-15T14:57:55.974+02:002010-06-15T14:57:55.974+02:00Hi Shy, good post. I recently had x-perl take a dump on me so I decided to give Grid another go, and I'm liking it so far.

Was looking around for resources on setting up grid and this post showed up when I searched google. Was a bit more basic information then I was looking for, but certainly helpful.

Thought I'd mention about how I taught myself to use click casting. I started out with HealBot like many people some years ago. To train myself, instead of just setting up all my click casts right away, I started with only a few, did some dungeons and BGs, then bound a few more, then some more testing, and over the course of a few days got used to all my clicks without feeling too uncomfortable with it at any point.

Also, with the GridStatusRaidDeBuff, I found there are a bunch of debuff warnings you can turn off because you simply don't need them shown, like standing in the slime on Rotface, the persons health dropping is plenty information enough, without some icon covering the center of the unit frame.Moketronicshttp://www.mokembo.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8296072451123411896.post-25724980210268756532010-01-08T09:44:39.000+01:002010-01-08T09:44:39.000+01:00Thank you ^_^Thank you ^_^Shynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8296072451123411896.post-68963997549506777062010-01-08T02:21:19.000+01:002010-01-08T02:21:19.000+01:00Yeah, the more I think about it, Mark of the Wild ...Yeah, the more I think about it, Mark of the Wild is probably unnecessary. Thorns expires a lot quicker so that one is probably more practical.

Yeah, I love the HoT Timers. It helps a lot with Druid HoTs.

First time here, I really like your blog!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8296072451123411896.post-71736451934426910162010-01-08T00:24:04.000+01:002010-01-08T00:24:04.000+01:00Hey Virile :) interesting. I would personally never want to see static buffs like mark of the wild, I generally know when someone has died so I need to recast.

I really like what you did with the hots though, showing the time that is left, might have to look into that for renew.

Tam, I have checked Vuhdo, but it seems to do more of the same. I might have to download it, and see for myself, though I've also heard people going back from Vuhdo to Grid+click.Shynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8296072451123411896.post-20030357748002294072010-01-07T23:08:19.000+01:002010-01-07T23:08:19.000+01:00Oooh Shy, have you tried Vuhdo at all? I used to use Grid + Clique, and I looked briefly at Healbot but really hated it - Vuhdo, like Healbot, combines the functionality of Grid and Clique but in a more effective way. I'm not trying to convert you or anything but it's definitely my favourite healing add-on.Tamarindnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8296072451123411896.post-12471931088272272822010-01-07T22:16:23.000+01:002010-01-07T22:16:23.000+01:00Thought you may be interested to see how I have Gr...Thought you may be interested to see how I have Grid configured from a Druid's point of view.
http://rejuvo.wordpress.com/2009/10/12/ui-addons-3-of-3-grid/Virilenoreply@blogger.com
